The primary mission statement of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Crime Prevention’s Unit is simple; “To educate the citizens of Forsyth County on how not to become victims of crime”. To accomplish this, the Crime Prevention Unit utilizes specifically designed programs that address both current crime trends, and expressed concerns of our Forsyth County Citizens. These programs are offered to any group throughout Forsyth County, for example Church groups, schools, children organizations, etc. It’s easy to schedule a presentation, just review the contents within the “presentation tab”, choose the topic you’re interested in, and then give us a call to set up meeting.
The organizational structure of the Crime Prevention Unit is currently overseen by Sgt.Allan Frampton. Reporting to Sgt. Frampton are Corporal Henry Plager and Deputy Doug Rainwater, who are assigned to the South portion of the county. Community Outreach Specialist Courtney Spriggs and Deputy First Class Peter Sabella are assigned to the north portion of the county. The contact information for these Officers is as follows:
