Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Corporal Kristopher Hall has been selected as the North Precinct’s Deputy of the month for December, 2009, North Precinct Commander Mark Flowers announced today.

Cpl. Hall, who was employed by the Sheriff’s Office in February, 1998, was selected for this special recognition because of his handling of an incident on December 13th.  On that date, Cpl. Hall responded to a call for service regarding an unruly juvenile.   After a thorough investigation of the case, Cpl. Hall determined that the call involved not only an unruly juvenile, but a theft of property as well.   The victims were located and the stolen property was returned to them.  The juvenile and a friend were charged with the theft.

According to Capt. Flowers, “Cpl. Hall consistently maintains a high degree of enthusiasm in his work and routinely handles his tasks and assignments professionally and efficiently”.

During the year, each Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Precinct recognizes a Deputy of the Month.  At the end of each year, a Deputy of the Year is selected from the 12 monthly award winners.
