The Law Enforcement Department the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office falls under the command of Assistant Chief Nick Curry. This Department includes the Enforcement Bureau, Operations Bureau, Real Time Crime Center (RTCC), and various specialized teams, including S.W.A.T., Crisis Negotiation Teams, Lanier Regional Drug Task Force, K9, SRO, Peer Support, & more. Law Enforcement includes the prevention, detection, and investigation of crime and the apprehension of suspect violators of the law.
